Stéphane Tailland a43c457976 Follow the AI gateway Kustomization into the llm namespace ...

dependsOn still named flux-system, where it used to live. Flux reports
"dependency not found" and holds this Kustomization not ready rather than
failing loudly, so the Kong configuration silently stopped reconciling.
